线状爆炸焊焊接结合界面的显微分析
Micro-analysis of bonging interfaces with seamexplosive welding

摘要: 采用线爆法将铝板焊接到带有沟槽的基板上,通过金相显微镜和扫描电镜对焊接界面进行了微观分析,发现沟槽及其周围区域结合情况良好,在沟槽的结合区域内有明显的过渡层和熔化块出现,过渡层中存在金属原子的扩散现象。结合区中的熔化块是由爆炸焊接时塑性变形热形成的,过渡层实际上就是两金属间的塑性变形层,而塑性变形、高温熔化和扩散现象是实现爆炸焊接的基础和必要条件。结果表明,线爆法结合沟槽工艺可作为爆炸焊接维修方法中的重要补充,具有一定的应用前景。Abstract: Seam explosive welding was used to bond aluminium plates and steel plates with groove.The bonding interface of explosive welded aluminium-steel plates were analyzed by means of metallographic microscopy and scanning electronic microscope, which the joints around grooves were good.In the bonding zone of groove, transition-layers and melting-lumps could be seen clearly and metallic atomic diffusion exist in transition-layers.Melting-lumps are made by metallic plastic deformed heat when explosived welding, transition-layers are actually metallic plastic deformed layers.Plastic deformation, high temperature and melt, atomic diffusion are necessary condition of explosive welding.Results show that the technics of seam explosive welding with groove can be an importmant complementarity to explosive welding used in repairs and are potentially useful.
