Approximate entropy analysis of current signal in different transfer modes of CO2 arc welding

摘要: 介绍了非线性参量近似熵的理论及算法,提出由近似熵的角度分析CO2焊不同过渡形态下稳定性的思想。在合适的参数匹配条件下,逐渐增大送丝速度,使过渡过程依次出现稳定的短路过渡、瞬时短路过渡以及潜弧过渡时,通过计算其电流信号的近似熵大小及方差来研究CO2焊过程稳定性的特征。结果表明,在不同的过渡形态下,近似熵可作为焊接过程稳定性的评判标准,即近似熵越大、方差越小,焊接过程就越稳定。完善了近似熵作为稳定性评判标准的理论,促进该理论进一步的应用。Abstract: The theory and related algorithm of the nonlinear parameter approximate entropy are introduced.An idea for analysing the arc stability in different transfer modes of CO2 welding based on approximate entropy is put forward.With matching appropriate parameters and increasing wire feed speed, the transfer modes are found as follow :short circuit transfer, instantaneous short circuit transfer and buried arc transfer.Through calculating the value and standard deviation of approximate entropy of current in different transfer modes, the characters between approximate entropy and arc stability in CO2 welding are studied.Approximate entropy of current signal can be taken as a criterion of arc stability in different transfer modes.The greater approximate entropy and less fluctuation indicate a more stable welding process.The approximate entropy theory as a criterion of arc stability is further perfected.
