减少热输入控制叶盘焊接变形的数值模拟
Numerical simulation of welding distortion of blisk on aero-engine by controlling heat input

摘要: 采用数值模拟的方法分析叶盘的焊接变形具有重要意义。为预测叶盘的焊接变形,在Marc中建立了发动机叶片电子束焊接有限元分析模型,对航空发动机叶盘电子束焊接过程进行了三维数值模拟,根据功率和熔深之间的关系,用功率随深度变化的方法减少热输入,控制航空发动机叶盘焊接变形。结明表明,在满足焊透,保证焊接质量的情况下,采用功率随深度变化的方法减少热输入可以有效控制航空发动机叶盘的焊接变形,对精密控制航空发动机叶盘的焊接变形提供了理论依据和数值上的参考。Abstract: Welding distortion of blisk on aero-engines manufactured by electron beam welding is simulated by finite element method, according to the relation between the power and weld depth, the heat input is decreased by change of the power with weld depth to control the welding distortion of blisk.The result of calculations shows that the blisk distortion of the aero-engine can be controlled by decreasing the heat input on the conditions of meeting the demand of weld penetration and guaranteeing the quality of the welding, a theoretical method and numerical data is provided for controlling the welding distortion of the aero-engine.
