高强焊条药皮碱度对韧性与扩散氢的影响

Influence of covering basicity on toughness and HD of highstrength electrode

  • 摘要: 通过使用钛-硼微合金化以获得韧性组织焊缝、提高焊条药皮碱度以净化焊缝等手段,可使屈服强度级别为785 MPa的手工焊条熔敷金属-50℃冲击吸收功AKV平均值超过80 J。但焊条药皮碱度过高时,AKV(-50℃)值没有明显增加,而且对降低熔敷金属扩散氢不利。采用对焊条药皮原材料进行分类高温去水处理,对成品焊条多次烘干吸湿烘干处理后,反复测定。结果表明,当焊条药皮碱度在2.2~2.4之间时,熔敷金属可同时具有高屈服强度、高低温冲击吸收功及超低扩散氢。

     

    Abstract: After some methods being applied to the electrode which yield strength exceeds 785MPa, the impact work of its deposited metal at -50℃ may averagely exceed 80 J.These methods are adding a small quantity of titanium and boron into deposited metal to form toughness micro-structure, or increasing the covering basicity to purify the weld metal.However, when the covering basicity is excessively high, the impact work at -50℃ can't increase any more;and the increase of the covering basicity makes against decreasing the diffusible hydrogen value in the deposited metal.So other methods have been applied to the electrode, such as dehydrating covering materials at quite high temperature, or repeatedly drying the electrode.Finally, all tests indicate that the deposited metal of the electrode can simultaneously have quite high yield strength, quite high impact work and quite low diffusible hydrogen value under optimizing process parameters.
