45钢焊接接头电磁热强化及力学性能分析

Strengthening of welded joint of 45 steel by electromagnetic heat effect and mechanical its performance analysis

  • 摘要: 焊接接头在焊接结构中属于薄弱环节,力学性能一般比母材差。选择45钢标准焊接拉伸试件,通过ZL 2型超强脉冲放电装置实现焊接接头电磁热强化;利用微机控制万能试验机进行了强化前后抗拉强度测试,对比分析了脉冲放电对45钢焊接结构焊缝力学性能的影响;并采用SEM进行了强化前后断口分析。结果表明,采用合适的脉冲电流强度,由于接头处电流的绕流热集中效应,焊接接头热影响区发生了超高速冲击淬火,生成了白亮组织,提高了强韧性,改善了焊接接头的力学性能,经过脉冲放电强化的焊接拉伸试件抗拉性能提高10%以上。

     

    Abstract: By super intensity pulse current generator of ZL-2, mechanical performance of 45 steel welded joint was strengthered by electromagnetic heat effect;By use of PC-control universal tester, the tensile strength was tested to compare the mechanical performance before and after pulsed current discharge;And SEM was adopted to analyse the fracture transformation before and after strengthening by using of electromagnetic heating. Results indicate that, because of the current detouring concentration effect in the welded joint when an appropriate pulsed current is switched on, super speed impulse quencher happens near the heat affected zone and white-bright structure forms, which improves the toughness and the mechanical performance of welded joint.For the jointed component, tensile strength increases more than 10% after pulse current discharge.
