一种用于焊缝跟踪的磁控电弧传感器

A magnetic-control arc sensor for seam-tracking

  • 摘要: 针对目前机械式电弧传感器普遍存在的易磨损、噪声大且稳定性差等问题,提出了将磁场控制电弧的技术应用于焊缝跟踪;设计了磁控电弧传感器,对其基本原理进行了详细阐述,并依据电磁场理论和磁控电弧规律分析了相关影响参数。对通过霍尔传感器获取的焊接电流信号采用了巴特沃思滤波器硬件滤波和小波分析的电流信号软件处理相结合的信号处理方法,对磁控摆动电弧、未加磁场电弧和机械旋转电弧三种情况下的实测电流信号进行了分析比较,应用有效区间双重去极值积分比较法提取实际焊缝坡口的偏差信息。结果表明,磁控电弧传感器用于焊缝跟踪正确可行,跟踪效果好,为目前对焊缝跟踪技术的研究提供了新的方向。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of abrading easily, loud noise and low stability of the mechanical arc sensor, a new method of seam-tracking with appending magnetic-control welding arc technology was presented and its basic principle was discussed. Based on the eleetromagnetic fields theory and magnetic-control law, the relationship of parameters was also analyzed.To obtain signals of welding current by Hall sensor, the Butterworth filter hardware filtering and the current of signal software handling method with wavelet analysis methods was utilized.The measured current signals of such three methods as magnetic-control swing-arc, without magnetic field and mechanical rotatable-arc were analyzed, respectively, and the effective intorral twice romove extreme integral contrast method was used to extract actual seam deviation information.Results of these tests show that the magnetic-control arc sensor for seam tracking correct feasible can achieve good effect in tracing control and provide a potential direetion for the current seam-tracking technology.
