大型复杂结构焊接变形热弹塑性有限元分析

Analysis on welding distortion of large complicated structure by thermal elastic-plastic finite element method

  • 摘要: 运用通用有限元软件ANSYS,对大型复杂结构采用组合焊道、不同类型单元混合使用的等效简化,建立三维有限元模型。在不影响计算精度的前提下,采取一系列减少计算量,增强收敛的措施,成功地克服了热弹塑性有限元分析计算量大、收敛困难的问题,完成了对大型复杂结构多道焊的热弹塑性有限元分析,预测了结构的焊接变形。结果表明,在结构刚度小的部位,施加合适的支撑,能有效减小结构的焊接变形,为控制焊接变形提供了很好的理论依据。

     

    Abstract: By using general finite element method (FEM) software ANSYS, the three-dimension finite element model of large complicated structure was founded by adopting equivalent simple measures of combinatorial bead and different kinds of elements.It overcomed great calculation and difficult convergence of the thermal elastic-plastic FEM by adopting a series measures which did not influence the calculation precision.At last, using thermal elastic-plastic FEM, the welding distortion of large complicated structure with multipass was successfully obtained.The results showed that by adding knighthead to the place of less stiffness, the welding distortion can be decreased effectively, which provided a good theory basis to control welding distortion.
