双丝焊铝合金平板残余应力梯度超声波法建立

Establishment of longitudinal twin wire welding residual stress gradient of 2219 aluminum alloy plate by ultrasonic method

  • 摘要: 在假设无限小波叠加在各向同性变形弹性体基础上,推导了超声波法应力测量的理论基础声弹性方程,特殊条件下简化出临界折射纵波声弹性方程。建立了超声波法焊接残余应力测量系统,选用对应力敏感的临界折射纵波作为测量波形,对20mm厚X坡口双丝焊对接2219铝合金平板纵向残余应力场梯度进行了测量,获取了纵向残余应力场引起的声时差信号分布,用MARC软件计算了铝合金残余应力场纵向应力的分布,与声时差信号的趋势进行了对比,趋势符合。为超声波法重建焊接残余应力场作了准备。

     

    Abstract: The acoustoelasticity equations were deduced by means of the infinitesimal wave propagation in a deformed isotropic elastic material.The equations were simplified in the longitudinal critically refracted waves expression.Ultrasonic stress measurement installation was established with a special transducer and an oscillograph with special higher digitizer board.Longitudinal critically refracted wave which is sensitive to stress variation was selected as the measuring wave.Longitudinal residual stress gradient of 2219 aluminum alloy was obtained in the ultrasonic travel time change expression formal.The tendency was compared with the numerical simulation results obtained by Marc software.Preparation for longitudinal residual stress field of 2219 aluminum alloy butt-welded steel plate was made.
