K465镍基高温合金电子束钎焊润湿性及界面产物

Wettability and interfacial reaction product of electron beam brazing of Ni-base superalloys K465

  • 摘要: 采用两种钎料对镍基高温合金进行了真空电子束钎焊润湿性试验,探讨了真空电子束钎焊主要工艺参数对钎料铺展润湿性的影响,指出电子束钎焊时束流是钎料润湿铺展的最大影响因素,并给出了钎料润湿性评定及选取。在确定优选钎料的基础上,进行了电子束钎焊搭接连接,并借助扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)和X射线衍射分析(XRD)等方法研究了界面结构,确定了界面反应产物及其形态分布。结果表明,在界面反应层中生成五种产物:大量的镍基γ固溶体和(γ'+γ)共晶相,大量的富含W元素的Ni3B和CrB相,以及少量的NbC相;化合物相以细小的块状弥散分布在镍基固溶体中。

     

    Abstract: The vacuum electron beam brazing (VEBB)of Nibase superalloys with Впр27 and BNi-2 filler metals was studied.In process of VEBB, effects of primary brazing parameters on wettability and selection of filler metals were investigated, then it points out that electron beam current is the most significant factors.Moreover, microstructure of brazed joint with Bпp27 filler metal was studied by means of scanning electron microscope, energy disperse spectrum and X ray diffraction.The investigation shows that the structure of brazing seam consists of a large amount of γsolid solution, a large amount of Ni3B and CrB rich in W, and a small quantity of NbC.
