活性元素镁对铝合金真空钎焊接头性能的影响

Influence of active element Mg on joint properties of aluminum alloy vacuum brazing

  • 摘要: 采用真空钎焊方法对3A21铝合金进行了试验,针对固态高纯镁在真空下加热挥发的特性,试验研究了炉膛中放置不同质量的活性元素镁对铝合金真空钎焊接头性能的影响。采用材料万能试验机和金相显微镜获得并分析了接头力学性能和显微组织。结果表明,比较炉膛内放置三种不同质量镁的钎缝抗剪强度,当单位体积镁质量达到235 g/m3时其强度最高,达到78 MPa;金相组织显示,真空钎焊接头中主要强化相为Mg2Si,单位体积镁质量达到235 g/m3时钎缝区宽度最小,约0.06 mm;通过获取不同产品在325℃以上的停留时间,可定量掌握炉膛预置固态镁质量。

     

    Abstract: As high pure magnesium of the solid state will volatilize when it is heated, the influence of active element Mg content on the performance of brazed joint in the vacuum was researched as brazing aluminum alloy 3A21. The mechanical properties and microstructure of the joint were analyzed with universal testing machine and microscope. By comparison of shear strength of different brazed joints with three kinds of Mg contents it is found that the strength is as high as 78 MPa when the Mg content reaches 235 g/m3. The microstructures indicate that the reinforcing phase is Mg2Si and the width of brazing zone was the least, 0.06 mm, when the Mg content is 235 g/m3. The Mg content can be controlled in the hearth through obtaining the staying time over 325℃ of different products.
