药皮辅料的交互作用对不锈钢焊条脱渣性的影响

摘要: 用均匀设计方法安排试验,运用二次多项式回归的方法处理试验结果。从16种药皮辅料中选定11个作为自变量,选择均匀设计表中偏差最小的U30(1011)的试验数组来安排试验。建立了数学模型,并且得出之间交互作用的曲面趋势图。数学模型能够反映出因子与响应间复杂的关系,也可以根据模型的系数确定各自变量对指标的影响次序。在碳酸钡和钛白粉、碳酸钡和赤铁矿、赤铁矿和硅灰石的趋势图中能直观的反映出药皮辅料之间的交互作用对脱渣性的影响。一定条件下,钛白粉和赤铁矿对脱渣性能起积极作用;而在硅灰石含量在5.0%左右时,焊条的脱渣率与赤铁矿的含量无关。Abstract: The experiments were designed according to the uniform design method and the data were processed with quadratic polynomial regression analy sis.The 11 coating components seleced from the 16 components were taken as independent variables and the uniform design table U30(1011)was selected to design the experiment. The mathematical model was established and the interactions trend figures were obtained.The mathematical model indicates the complicated relations among the factors and the response.It also indicates the influences of each factor to the target by the coefficients. The trend figures of barium carbonate-titanium dioxide, barium carbonate- hematite and hematite-wollastonite can directly indicate the influences of interactions among coating components on the slag detachability.The titanium dioxide and hematite have positive effects at definite conditions.But the hematite doesn' t have any influences on the slag detachability when wollastonite is at 5.0 wt%.
