冷剪刃堆焊金属的组织与性能

Effect of alloy elements and heat treatment technology on microstructure and property of hardfacingmetal for cold scissors

  • 摘要: 采用金相、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪、X射线衍射仪以及硬度计对不同合金成分堆焊金属进行组织观察和性能测试,研究了冷剪刃堆焊焊条合金成分对其堆焊金属组织和性能的影响。结果表明,冷剪刃堆焊焊条堆焊金属的硬度随焊条药皮含碳量的增加而增加;药皮应加入适量金属钼以提高堆焊焊条的抗回火能力,含有金属钼的堆焊金属经550℃左右二次回火后残余奥氏体的含量降到了1%左右,硬度达到最高(58.6 HRC)。

     

    Abstract: The microstructure of hardfacing metal was observed and its property was measured by transformation recordingmeasuring instrument, optical-micrograph, X-ray diffractometer, Xray stress analyzer and hardness instrument, The results show that the hardness of hardfacing metals are increased with the increasing of carbon content.The tempering resistance of covered electrodes can be improved by adding Mo in the coating.After the specimen was tempered at 550℃ for two times, in the retained austenite with hardfacing metals content of Mo is 1.1%, and the hardness is the highest(58.6 HRC).
