铝合金双丝MIG焊熔池图像采集与处理

Molten pool image gathering and processing of aluminum alloy twin-wire MIG welding

  • 摘要: 针对铝合金双丝熔化极氩弧焊,分析研究了电弧弧光辐射和熔池视觉传感的特征,结果表明,双丝电弧辐射更强,采用近红外窄带滤波传感熔池视觉传感双丝熔池相对易于提高信噪比,在10~35 mm厚LY12和7A52铝合金V形坡口对接焊缝工艺试验的基础上,采用980 nm窄带滤波和合适的减光系统获得了较为清晰的铝合金双丝熔池视觉图像,分析了双丝熔池视觉图像特征,采用自动阈值分割等方法设计了计算机图像专用处理软件,获得了准确的双丝熔池边界及几何参数,为基于熔池视觉的铝合金MIG焊质量控制打下良好基础。

     

    Abstract: A passive vision sensing system for the image of twin-wire MIG welding molten pool of aluminum alloy has been set up.Near-infrared CCD and compound filters system are used to eliminate the arc disturbance, and the best filter window of aluminum alloy is obtained, from which good images can be acquired.By using image enhancement, threshold partition, boundary extraction, the molten pool boundary and the molten pool geometric parameters are extracted through image processing.
