Modeling and realizing of system software to monitoring and controlling spot welding process and quality

  • 摘要: 提出一种基于参数监测和信息处理保证电阻点焊接头质量的计算机软件系统实现方法。首先,采用统一建模语言对点焊过程和质量监控系统进行了需求分析和软件建模。其次,基于建立的点焊过程和质量监控的需求模型和软件系统模型,采用Rational统一开发过程和Visual Basic 6.0实现了电阻点焊的在线监控系统的软件设计。系统测试过程和实际应用表明,基于软件建模和Rational统一开发过程研发的电阻点焊在线监控系统,性能稳定、软件结构合理、开发周期短、具有良好的拓展性。

     

    Abstract: A method is proposed to design the computer software that is used to assure joint quality of resistant spot welding based on parameters monitoring and information processing.First, the requirement is analyzed for the monitoring and controlling system of the process and quality in the spot welding.And then software model of the sy stem is set up by mean of Unified Modeling Language. Secondly, according to the software model of the system and Rational Unified Process method used for software project design, a special software of the system is developed by Visual Basic 6.0 language. At last, application and test of the system shows that the performance of system is steady and the structure of software is logical. At the same time, the period of software exploitation is shortened and the software is good extensible.
