磁场参数对堆焊层组织性能的影响

Effect of magnetic parameters on microstructure and properties of surfacing layer

  • 摘要: 对低碳钢表面进行Fe5,Fe3和钴基合金粉末等离子弧堆焊时外加纵向直流磁场,研究了电磁搅拌对堆焊层金属组织及性能的影响,并利用光学金相、宏观硬度检验等手段对试样进行测试分析,系统地分析了磁场强度对三种合金堆焊层硬度和耐磨性的影响规律。结果表明,在适当的磁场参数作用下,堆焊层金属可以获得最佳的细化效果,从而改善堆焊层金属的硬度和耐磨性;而且在堆焊不同的合金粉末时,发现最佳电磁搅拌作用下的磁场强度大小趋于定值。

     

    Abstract: The effect of applied longitudinal magnetic field on Fe5, Fe3 and Co-based plasma arc surfacing on low carbon steel was investigated.The influence of electromagnetic stir on the microstructures and properties of surfacing metal was discussed.And the impacts of magnetic density on the hardness and wear resistance of three alloys in surfacing metal had been systematically studied by using optical metallographic examination and macrohardness test.The results indicate that the proper magnetic parameters can refine the structure of deposited metal and improve its hardness and wear resistance.Moreover, it' s found that optimal magnetic parameter is constant in surfacing for different alloys.
