激光-氩弧复合热源焊接镁合金残余应力分析

Analysis on residual stress of hybrid laser-tungste inert gas arc welding of magnesium alloy

  • 摘要: 采用冲击压痕法,对激光-氩弧复合热源焊接镁合金AZ31B焊缝的残余应力进行了测量,分别测量了300 mm长镁合金的焊接接头沿焊缝方向和垂直焊缝方向上的残余应力。在此基础上运用有限元分析软件建立了相应的残余应力场,补充和完善了实际测量的数据。在焊缝中间区域得到垂直于焊缝方向上的最大残余应力在200~300MPa之间;在距焊接接头的中5~10 mm处得到最大压应力值,一般小于100 MPa。通过对实际测量和模拟数据的综合分析,基本掌握了激光-氩弧复合热源焊接镁合金残余应力的分布规律和特征。

     

    Abstract: The residual stress of weld, in both parallel and perpendicular direction, was measured by impacted indentation method for hybrid laser-tungsten inert gas arc welding of magnesium alloy. Based on the date measured, residual stress field simulation was established with finite element method, which can provide a effective supplement to the data of actual measurement.Results showed that the maxium tension stress along the parallel direction of the weld existed at the middle area of the weld was 200-300 MPa, while the maximum compressive stress along perpendicular direction that exists at area of 5 mm and 10 mm to the weld fusion zone was no more than 100 MPa.Through the comparison between actual measurement and simulation, the residual stress distribution characteristics of hybrid laser-tungsten inert gas arc welding of magnesium alloy AZ31B have been well understood.
