预测控制在钢坯闪光焊顶锻控制系统中的应用

摘要: 分析了无头轧制系统中钢坯闪光焊的特点,针对于顶锻阶段的同步要求提出了一种基于神经元的同步误差预测控制方案。使用软件AMEsim建立了钢坯闪光焊的非线性液压系统模型和机械耦合系统模型,通过与控制系统接口实现了AMEsim与Sim-ulink的电液联合仿真。仿真结果表明,基于神经元预测控制的同步误差调节器具有明显的优越性。Abstract: The characteristics of billet flash butt welding on endless welding rolling were analyzed. To meet the demand of synchronization in butting phase, a scheme to predict and control the synchronization error besed on neural network was presented. A nonlinear hydraulic system and a coupling model were designed with AMEsim. Through the interface between Simulink and AMEsim, cosimulation was achieved. The result shows that the pre-controller exhibits excellent performance.
