摘要: 比较了电弧焊接热过程中相变及其潜热三种解决方案的异同,给出了每种方案的数值计算通式。从物理意义出发讨论了液体分数法的推导过程以及该方法在程序中的算法设计。数值分析结果表明,相变潜热对工件的温度改变有轻微缓冲作用,考虑相变潜热时计算得到的GTAW熔池形状与试验结果吻合更好。Abstract: Three solutions to deal with the phase changes and its latent heat have been discussed in numerical analysis of gas tungsten arc welding processes for stainless steel sheet. The fraction of liquid method has been manipulated in detail based on the phenomena of physics, and the algorithm in programming has been presented. Calculated results show that the predicted weld pool geometry agrees much better with the experimental measurement while taking account of latent heat of phase change.
