弧焊机器人示教编程器的设计

Design of teaching-programming pendant for arc welding robot

  • 摘要: 提出了一种基于嵌入式CPU模块的弧焊机器人示教编程器的设计方案。基于该方案开发设计的示教编程器不仅能够实现机器人常用的示教操作,还提供了非常强大的程序编辑能力;克服了传统示教编程器程序编辑功能差、操作灵活性差的缺点。实际应用表明,该示教编程器能高效灵活简单地完成复杂焊接任务的示教与程序编辑,并且具有很强的抗电弧干扰能力、友好的人机界面和完备的功能。

     

    Abstract: A designing method was presented based on embedded CPU module for robot teaching-programming pendant.The teaching-programming pendant based on this method can not only finish normal robot teaching operations, but also provide powerful capacity for program edition, and overcome the disadvantages that traditional teaching-programming pendant has poor program editing function and operation flexibility. The experimental results show that this pendant can efficiently, flexibility and easily finish teaching and program edition of complex welding task, at the same time, it has powerful anti-interference compatibility, friendly human-machine interface and abundant functions.
