金属磁记忆法检测焊接裂纹的时间空间有效性

Available time and dubious zone size of welding crack by metal magnetic memory method

  • 摘要: 预制了焊接裂纹试板,在试板的不同空间区域,以及焊接之后的不同时刻进行了金属磁记忆检测。采用快速傅里叶变换对检测信号进行了特征分析,研究了焊接裂纹周围不同区域在不同时刻的金属磁记忆信号以及其傅里叶变换相位突变特征。结果表明,在焊接裂纹存在的70mm范围内是金属磁记忆检测的空间有效区域。在焊接完成后,接头温度低于100℃以后的任何时间进行金属磁记忆检测,取得的结果都是有效的。

     

    Abstract: Test plates with prepared welding cracks were made by designed experiment, the different areas of the test plates were detected by Metal Magnetic Memory (abbreviation MMM)method in different times. The MMM detection signal characteristics was analyzed by Fourier transformation. And then the detected signal and its characteristics analyzed by Fourier transformation were studied at different zones of the crack in different times.It is concluded that the dubious welding crack zone is 70 mm from theMMM signal character position, and the available time when the welding crack is detected by MMM after the weld joint is cooled below 100℃.
