摘要: 首先针对CO2气体保护焊、MAG焊在短路过渡焊接条件下,电流、电压信号波动很大,焊炬摆动过程中,很难以瞬时值判别焊炬偏移这一问题,采用了对两侧摆动的电流进行离散积分,将两积分值进行比较从而识别焊炬偏移的方法,有效解决了对中识别问题。针对在这种方法中积分差值的影响因素多、影响规律复杂,很难得到一个理想的数学模型进行控制,采用了自适应模糊控制技术。综合两方面技术,设计的电弧传感器获得了良好的跟踪控制效果。Abstract: Under the condition of short circuit transition of CO2 shielded welding or metal active-gas welding,current and voltage signals always change frequently.It is difficult to estimate the torch offset by the transient signals when the torch swings,so the swinging currents of two sides were discretely integrated and the two integral were compared to recognize position error signal of torch.The problem of centering of torch can be efficiently solved.As there are many factors which can influence the difference of integrals and the regularity of influence is complex,it is difficult to establish an ideal mathematic model of control.The self-adaptive fuzzy control method was used.The developed seasor can achieve good effect in tracing control.
