超低碳氮强化埋弧与自保护药芯焊丝堆焊层性能分析
Property analysis of submerged arc and self-shield fluxed-cored welding wires sufacing metal with ultralow carbon and nitrogen solid solution processing

摘要: 通过超低碳氮强化00Cr13Ni4MoN堆焊合金埋弧和明弧(自保护)两种药芯焊丝配方的设计及其熔覆金属化学分析,阐述了两种焊丝熔覆金属中氮的过渡形式;在堆焊工艺参数相同的情况下,对微观金相组织,宏观硬度、抗回火性及耐磨性的研究,分析比较了两种药芯焊丝堆焊熔敷金属的力学性能。结果表明,修复连铸辊,自保护焊丝比埋弧焊丝具有更好的力学性能及更宽的应用范围。Abstract: According to the formulas of the ultralow carbon 00Cr13NiMoN series with nitrogen substitute for carbon submerged arc and self-shielded flux-cored welding wires,the transition form of nitrogen in the two wires was introduced.With the same surfacing parameters,the metallographic structure,hardness,resistance to tempering and abrasive resistance of the deposited metal were compared and analyzed.The results show that self-shielded flux-cored welding wires have better mechanical properties and wider applied scope than submerged arc welding wires in repairing the continue cast rollers.
