电弧气刨温度场及其对微观组织的影响

Temperature field of arc gouging and its influence on microstructures

  • 摘要: 根据电弧气刨的特点,用有限元的方法成功地模拟了10Ni5CrMoV钢电弧气刨温度场,分析了电弧气刨温度场的特点及其对于坡口处微观组织的影响。研究发现,电弧气刨过程温度场变化十分剧烈,其降温速率远远超过焊接过程,从而导致热影响区域很窄,故坡口处组织变化区域很小;对于所研究的钢种,坡口组织为细小的马氏体组织。

     

    Abstract: In view of the characteristics of arc gouging,the temperature field of arc gouging was simulated with the method of deactivation of elements using FEM,and the influence of the temperature field on the microstructure of the groove was also researched.The studies show that the temperature fields of arc gouging change sharply,especially the cooling speeds exceed that of the welding processes.Because the high heat affected zone is very narrow,the microstructures changing zone of the groove is also narrow,and the main microstructure in this zone is fine martensite for 10Ni5CrMoV steel.
