瞬短抑制参数对短路过渡的影响

Parameter's influence of constraining transient state short current on short circuiting transfer

  • 摘要: 飞溅大一直是短路过渡焊中存在的主要问题,瞬短抑制是一个非常有效的减少飞溅的方法。首先阐述了瞬短抑制的基本原理,针对其电流波形的特点提出了三个主要抑制参数,即瞬短抑制时间、瞬短抑制PWM脉宽和瞬短抑制后的电流。从短路过渡时熔滴所受的电磁力角度,分析它们之间的关系以及对焊接工艺的影响,最后通过试验验证了前面分析的正确性。

     

    Abstract: High spatter is the main problem of the short circuiting transfer welding for long time.Constraining transient state short current is an effective method of reducing the spatter.This paper first states the basic principle of constraining transient state short current.Base on the constraining waveform's characteristic,three main constraining parameters(the constraining time,the width of constraining pulse width modulation pulse and the current after constraining) are put forth.From the aspect of electromagnetic force in the short-circuit process,the relationship of these parameters and the effect on constraining transient state short current are analysis.Finally,the correctness of the above analysis is verified by experiments.
