基于稳定分布的铝合金点焊接触电阻
Stable distribution analysis to statistical evaluation of contact resistance in aluminum alloy spot welding

摘要: 接触电阻是电阻点焊熔核形成与数值模拟的重要参数,决定着点焊质量。采用电阻点焊接触电阻的计算模型与统计分析相结合的方法,通过模型计算工件/工件、工件/电极之间的接触电阻,并将其作为统计抽样检验的数据,研究接触电阻的分布规律。文中采用稳定分布去拟合工件间的接触电阻,并利用非参数统计Dn方法对拟合曲线进行检验。结果表明,所建立的计算模型正确,同时选用的稳定分布函数能更好的拟合工件间的接触点电阻,它们对研究电阻点焊有着重要的理论意义和实用价值。Abstract: Contact resistance of spot welding of aluminum alloy sheets was investigated.Stable distribution and new equations were put forward to calculate contact resistance and stable distribution was used to fit contact resistance according to the solution of the new equations,then goodness of fit test was performed.The results show that new equations work out values of contact resistance in electrode/workpiece and workpieces and contact resistance distribution of aluminum alloy is stable distribution between workpieces.
