摘要: 用FeNiCrSiB(A)合金作中间层,氩气保护,对12Cr1MoV珠光体耐热钢和TP304H奥氏体不锈钢管进行了瞬时液相扩散连接。用正交试验的方法研究了工艺参数对接头组织和性能的影响,分析了TLP连接接头的显微组织、断口形貌、力学性能和元素分布,确定出了合适的连接工艺参数。研究结果表明,连接温度1240℃,等温凝固时间3 min,压力4 MPa时,接头的强度最高达到590 MPa,其断口呈韧性断裂特征。Abstract: Heat-resistant steel pipes 12Cr1MoV and austenite TP304H stainless steel pipes were joined by transient liquid-phase bonding process by using FeNiCrSiB(A) alloy as filler in argon atmosphere.The influences of the bonding parameters on the microstructures and mechanical properties of bonded joint were studied by using the orthogonal experiment,and the optimal bonding parameters were also obtained from orthogonal experiment.The microstructures,fracture appearance and the element distribution of the joints were examined.The result shown the strength of the joint bonded at 1 240 ℃ for 3 min under 4MPa with FeNiCrSiB(A) composite interlayer can reach 590 MPa.
