钎焊温度对TC4与Ti3 Al-Nb合金钎焊接头组织的影响

Influnce of brazing temperature on microstructure of TC4 and Ti3Al-Nb alloy brazed joint

  • 摘要: 采用50Ti-20Zr-20Ni-10Cu粉末钎料对Ti3Al-Nb合金与TC4合金进行真空钎焊,通过SEM、EDS、电子探针及拉伸试验研究不同钎焊温度下钎焊接头的显微组织及性能特征。结果表明,钎焊温度升高钎焊接头强度并不提高;不同温度下钎焊接头中靠近TC4合金基体边界处均生成魏氏体组织,随温度升高魏氏体组织粗化程度加剧;整个钎焊接头中Ti3Al-Nb合金基体与钎料的反应程度弱于TC4合金基体。

     

    Abstract: TC4 and Ti3Al-Nb alloys were brazed in vacuum by using powered filler metal of 50Ti-20Zr-20Ni-10Cu.Microstructure and property of the joint with different brazing temperature were investigated by scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy,electron probe and tensile test.The results showed that the tensile strength of the joint do not raise with the brazing temperature.With different brazing temperature,the widmanstatten structure appears near TC4 alloy boundary in the brazed joint,and when the temperature raises,widmanstatten structure coarse degree will increase.In the brazed joint,the interaction degree between base metal of Ti3Al-Nb alloy and filler metal was less than that of TC4 alloy and filler metal.
