电子束焊接数值模拟新型热源模型的初步探索

New heat source model for numerical simulation of electron beam welding

  • 摘要: 旋转高斯曲面体热源模型,能较好的反映电子束焊接深熔焊的特点,但只能得到圆滑的"抛物"形焊缝。作者对此进行了改进,使其能较好的反映常见的"酒杯"形或"钉"形焊缝,并采用了ANSYS软件对平板电子束焊接温度场进行了数值模拟,同时从焊缝形貌及试验测得的热循环曲线进行验证,得到了与试验结果较吻合的温度场计算结果。

     

    Abstract: Rotary-Gauss body heat source model can show appropriately the character of electron beam deep penetration welding, but only smooth "parabola" shape weld can be obtained. It is improved to reflect general "wine-cup" or "nail" shape weld, and also numerically simulated temperature field distributions during electron beam welding of plate by using ANSYS, and it was validated with weld profile and thermal cycle curves measured. The results of calculations is in a good agreement with the experiment.
