摘要: 按照大功率发电机、变压器铜排绕组焊接工艺和不同规格铜排的焊接要求,采用脉冲均匀对称密度调节(pulse-symmetrical modulated)功率控制串联谐振式DC/AC逆变器,设计了20kHz/40kW超音频感应逆变焊接电源。逆变器采用全桥串联谐振式逆变电路,具有变频和功率调节两个功能。逆变器的开关管按照PSM的控制策略实现功率控制;逆变器跟踪负载谐振频率,控制开关管在零电流开通和关断,实现ZCS和ZVS软开关,大大减小了开关器件的功率损耗,逆变器的输出功率因数接近1,提高了整机的效率。Abstract: According to the brazing techniques of large-scale generators and high power transformers, a 20 kHz/40 kW superaudio frequency inverted welding power supply was dasigned. It used PSM (Pulse-Symmetrical Modulated) power control inverter. The serial-resonant full bridge inverter executes both power converting and power adjusting. The main switches of the inverter are controlled according to the PSM and the inverter always works at resonant with the same pace of the load and work in shutting off at ZCS and ZVS while switching on and off. The inverter is with unity power factor and raises efficiency.
