焊接成形中堆积轨迹对温度场影响的数值模拟

Simulation of the influence of scan path on temperature field in the welding rapid prototyping

  • 摘要: 焊接快速成形的零件具有优良的力学性能等优点,因此焊接成形有很好的应用前景。但焊接成形是一个局部高温加热过程,温度场的分布影响焊接零件质量和性能。以薄板件单层成形为研究对象,通过ANSYS软件进行数值模拟,初步分析在相同的焊接条件的情况下,不同的堆积轨迹对成形零件温度场、应力等的变化情况,从而为正确选择成形过程的实际扫描路径提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: The part fabricated by welding rapid prototyping has excellent mechanics capability, so welding prototyping will be widely applied in the future. But welding is a processing of local high temperature, the distribution of temperature field will affect the quality and performance of welding part. In this paper, one-layer depositing of thin-wall part was studied. Numerical simulation was done by ANSYS, and the influences of scan path on temperature field and stress field were analyzed. This study will offer theoretical foundation to accurataly choose the scan path in the welding rapid prototyping.
