Abstract:
According to the brazing properties of Si
3N
4 ceramic and the requirement for GFA,a new kind of amorphous alloy composition of Ti40Zr25Ni15Cu20 was proposed.Amorphous ribbon samples of Ti40Zr25Ni15Cu20 alloy were produced by melt spinning in roll forging machine in argon atmosphere.The amorphous structure was examined by X-ray diffractometry and differential thermal analysis(DTA).Alloy composition was measured by EDS.The reduced glass transition temperature(Trg) and the temperature interval of supercooled liquid region before crystallization are 0.76 and 78 K,respectively.
