熔合线上含裂纹的不等组配焊接接头裂端场及其断裂参量分析(Ⅱ)

Analysis of crack-tip stress-strain field and fracture parameter of welded joints containing crack on fusion line (II)

  • 摘要: 对熔合线上含裂纹的焊接接头,应用有限元方法分析了其模型复合型裂纹的裂纹张开位移(COD)断裂参量与材料组配的关系。结合裂端的位移场的分布,对焊接接头COD断裂参量的分解进行了讨论。更进一步,对不同载荷作用下,熔合线含裂纹焊接接头Ⅰ模型与Ⅱ模型裂纹,即Ⅰ+Ⅱ型复合裂纹的COD断裂参量的Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型分量DI和DII值进行了数值计算,并对数值解的结果进行了曲线拟合和线性回归,得到了焊接接头的COD断裂参量工程计算方法。

     

    Abstract: By finite element method, the relationships between the fracture parameter of CTOD and the mismatch parameter of welded joints are studied on the condition of the mixed-Mode crack of the welded joints which contain a single-edge crack on the fusion line. Considering the distribution of strain-stress field at the tip of a crack, the parameters of CTOD components are decomposed. Moveover, the displacement-component of Mode Ⅰand of ModeⅡ are calculated for the different load levels. In the end, the calculated results are analysed and the engineering treatments methods of the fracture parameter of CTOD of welded joints are also proposed.
