Abstract: Aimting at welding production of dissimilar steel,the optimum plan was determined adopting dynamic network plan with stage division and resource distribution.The results showed that technical problem was solved;resource distribution was balanced;time limit for a project was optimized.And productive period was shortened and cost was reduced.
