双环控制的全桥软开关点焊电源

Full bridge zero-voltage switch pulse width modulation spot welding inverter power with double loop control

  • 摘要: 对所研制的IGBT逆变点焊电源进行介绍。根据点焊的特点,改进了采用辅助网络的移相控制零电压开关脉宽调制全桥变换器,从而最大限度地减小了副边占空比丢失;通过编程,设计并优化了滞后桥和辅助网络参数;完整地推导了主电路的控制模型;采用双环控制,使输出电流能够高度精确跟踪电流编程基准,而且防止了变压器偏磁。

     

    Abstract: A spot welding inverter power have been introduce.According to the characteristic of spot welding,the ordinary full bridge zero-voltage switch pulse width modulation direct current/direct current convert using auxiliary network has been modified in order to minimize the primary duty ration loss.The parameters of the lag bridge and the auxiliary network have been optimized by programme.The transfer function of main circuit was constructed completely.A double-loop control method has been used,so the output current can accurately follow the programmable reference,and the magnetic flux imbalance is avoided.
