埋弧自动焊数字控制器设计

A digital controller design for submerged arc welding

  • 摘要: 介绍一种埋弧自动焊数字控制系统设计,适应于各种焊接整流器和直流电机驱动的送丝机构。控制器分别由两个单片机为核心构成,一个用于电源外特性控制;另一个完成送丝速度、小车速度以及焊接过程的控制,控制器之间通过串行接口交换数据。采用数字PI算法,由电流电压联合反馈调节电源输出特性,通过电弧电压和电机电枢电压双反馈调节送丝速度,从而获得精确的焊接工作点。控制软件根据焊丝与工件是否短接自动选择回抽或划擦引弧,收弧过程通过电流衰减方式填充弧坑。由液晶显示器构成的人机界面,用于系统变量、工艺参数和动态焊接数据的设置、显示、记忆和管理,拓宽了焊机的功能。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces a digital control system for submerged arc welding (SAW) applicable to various sorts of welding rectifier and feed wire device droved by direct current motor. The controllers are respectively formed with two micro-control units, of which one is used for output characteristic controlling of the power source, the other is for controlling of the feed wire speed, welding tractor and SAW processes, and exchange data by serial communication. Adopted the digital proportional integtral adjustors, the output characteristic of the power source is controlled with the united feedback of current and voltage, and the feed wire speed is adjusted with double feedbacks of the arc voltage and the armature voltage, so that the welding parameters are accurately executed. The wire drawing or striking ignition modes are selected automatically according to the wire being touched work piece or not. The current decaying method is applied for filling the arc crater in the end of a welding process. A man-machine interface is developed with liquid crystal display to setup, display, memory, and manage the system variables, technological parameters and dynamic welding data by which the operating capability of the welder is enlarged.
