场助自蔓延高温连接TiAl合金的中间层选择

Selection of interlayer for field-assisted self-propagated high temperature joining of TiAl alloy

  • 摘要: 场助自蔓延高温连接是一种新型材料连接技术,适合于场助自蔓延高温连接的中间层体系需要含有高放热反应组元,同时要求含有低熔点组元以降低体系的引燃温度,最终优选出Ti-Al-C体系作为场助自蔓延高温连接TiAl合金的中间层组元。通过对不同含量的中间层进行场助自蔓延高温合成反应试验,最终确定比较理想的中间层成分为Ti5Al4C1,通过组织分析发现此时反应产物主要由TiAl和TiC组成。

     

    Abstract: Field-assistod self-prupagated high temperature joining (FASHJ) is a new method for joining new materials. The interlayer for FASHJ was investigated. It was found that the high exothermie elements were necessary in the reaction system for FASHJ and elements with low molten temperature were applied to decrease the ignition temperature of reaction system. Based on this, the Ti-Al-C system was selected as FASHJ interlayer. The optimized content was determined as Ti5Al4C1 according to the field-assisted self-propagated high temperature synthesis reaction result of interlayer with different contents. The microstructure analysis was carried out and the TiAl and TiC were found in the interlayer reaction product.
