Study on inverter arc welding power supply of ZVZCS three level converter

摘要: 分析了一种新颖的零电压零电流(ZVZCS)开关之电平变换器,以及功率晶体管的驱动电路。分析并试验了它在弧焊电源中应用的可行性,并用Pspice 9.2进行仿真,给出了试验与仿真结果。ZVZCS-三电平变换器不仅具有传统软开关脉宽调制(PWM)变换器的优点,还具有其它的优点。变换器的功率开关承受的电压为输入电压的一半,因此,它适合用于有源功率因数校正或输入电压较高的场合。Abstract: A novel zero-voltage and zero-current switching (ZVZCS) three-level converter,and the drive circuit of the transistor were analyzed.The feasibility in application of welding power supply was investigated.And the circuit was simulated using software PSPICE 9.2.The results show that ZVZCS three level converter has not only the merit of convertional soft-switching pulse width modulation converter,but also other merit.Therefore,it fits for occasion of active power factor correction or high input voltage.
