点焊过程工艺参数采集及缺陷信息分析

Dada acquisition and weld defects analysis in resistance spot welding process

  • 摘要: 采用基于图形化语言的虚拟仪器开发工具LabView开发了界面友好、操作简单的虚拟仪器——电阻点焊参数采集及缺陷信息分析系统。该系统实现了对铝合金点焊过程工艺参数的实时采集、数据传输与存储、波形同步显示,以及对工艺参数的分析和处理,对点焊过程中发生的缺陷状况做出评定和分析。在分析研究所采集的焊接电流和电极电压的基础上,建立了基于电压曲线斜率变化的判读飞溅缺陷的算法和基于积分变化的判读脱焊缺陷的算法。所建立的算法应用于实践,可准确地判读飞溅和脱焊缺陷。

     

    Abstract: Using the Graphics Language-based virtual instruments developing tool LabVIEW,this paper develops a virtual instrument-dada acquisition and weld defects analysis in resistance spot welding system which has friendly interface and is easy to operate.The system realizes real time data acquisition in the aluminum resistance spot welding process,data transfer and storage,waveform display and data processing.Furthermore,it extracts characteristic information of evaluating weld defects of aluminum resistance spot welding.Based on the sufficiently study of the acquired data,this paper builds an algorithm of judging splash according to the slope coefficient of the voltage waveform and an algorithm of judging loose weld according to the energy.The algorithms built in this paper have been proved accurate.
