Inverter CO2 arc welding power source with DSP-based waveform control

  • 摘要: 详细论述了以TMS320C240数据处理器(DSP)为控制核心的波控逆变CO2焊接电源系统,包括系统构成、电源主电路,参数设置、送丝及时序控制系统等。介绍了软件进行波形控制的基本方案及控制算法。简单阐述了双闭环并联控制的基本调节原理,给出了双闭环并联控制下短路过渡CO2焊焊接电流、电压波形。试验结果表明,以DSP为核心的双闭环并联控制逆变波控CO2焊机系统具有良好的控制性能,且电路简单调试方便。

     

    Abstract: A CO2 inverter welding system with waveform control is established,in which the TMS320C240 digital signal processing (DSP) is adopted as the central controller.The structure of the system is introduced,and the working principle of the subsystems are given in detail,such as the main circuit,multi-system of DSP,setting system of the welding parameters,and the wire feeding system and the welding sequence control circuit.The output characteristic is controlled using a collateral double close-loop method,which is fulfilled by software.The principle of this control method and the output waveform are given.The results show that besides its simple structure and easy operation,the system has good controlling performance.
