LY12CZ铝合金焊件在热循环作用下的尺寸不稳定性

  • 摘要: 采用三坐标测量机作为测量方法试验研究了LY12CZ铝合金焊接件在经受热循环作用下的尺寸不稳定变形规律,并对产生这种变形的机理进行力学和微观组织分析。结果表明,LY12CZ铝合金焊接件经受9次热循环后,尺寸趋于稳定。焊件发生尺寸不稳定变形的原因与温度条件、微观组织的变化,焊接残余应力的松弛密切相关。

     

    Abstract: With the Three-Coordinate Measuring Machine,the dimensional instability of LY12CZ welded specimens under the condition of thermal cycles was investigated experimentally.The deformation mecha-nism was analyzed from the viewpoint of mechanics and microstructures.Experimental results show that the dimensions of LY12CE welded specimens will tend to stable after mine thermal cycles,and the reasons for in-stable deformation of welded specimens are tightly related with temperature,change of mierostructures and relief of residual welding stress.
