电场热处理的铜与不锈钢摩擦焊接头扩散行为

Effect of external electric field on diffusion behavior of copper andstainless steel friction welded joint during post weld annealing treatment

  • 摘要: 运用电子探针线扫描研究了经焊后电场退火热处理的T2紫铜和1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢摩擦焊接头焊合区主要合金元素的扩散行为,采用Boltzman-Matano法求解了外加电场对摩擦焊接头Fe元素的扩散系数和扩散激活能的影响。结果表明,紫铜与不锈钢摩擦焊接头焊后电场退火热处理过程中,主要合金元素Fe在焊合区的扩散区比常规热处理时要宽,扩散区宽度随电场强度数值的增大而增大。此外,静电场使热处理过程中摩擦焊接界面Fe元素在600℃时的扩散系数高于常规焊后热处理的摩擦焊接头,使Fe元素在焊接界面处的扩散激活能降低。随电场强度的增加,Fe元素的扩散系数增大,扩散激活能下降。其中,负电场的影响较为明显。

     

    Abstract: By means of electronic probe test,we explore experimen-tally the microstructure characteristics and diffusion behavior of the friction welded joint of T2 copper and 1Crl8Ni9Ti stainless steel during the electric field post weld annealing treatment.We determined distributions of chemical elements in friction welded joints undergoing pest weld heat treatment and calculated the interdiffusion coefficient and diffusion activity energy of the dominating elements around the friction welding interface of the two different materials during the heat treatment process both with and without the electric field respectively.The relationship between the intensity of electric field and the diffusion activity energy is obtained and analyzed.The diffusion zone of Fe widens in the presence of electrostaticfield and the diffusion activity energy decreases when applying the external electrostatic field.Moreover,the diffusion zone of friction welded joint after annealing treatment widens with the increase of electric field in-tensity,and the electrostatic field has greater influence on the diffusion distance and diffusion activity energy when the specimen is connected to the cathode of the power supply.
