高能束焊接数值模拟中的新型热源模型
A new heat source model in numerical simulation of high energy beam welding

摘要: 为准确地模拟出大深宽比的"钉头"状高能束熔池(焊缝)形状,提出了新的旋转Gauss曲面体热源模型,并进行了实际的数值模拟与测量试验。结果表明,与已有的其它热源模型相比,使用新模型可以更准确地模拟焊接温度场。同时,通过对比分析数值模拟结果,可以深入了解新热源与其它已有热源模型的不同特点,有助于正确选择热源模型,进行高效准确的数值模拟。Abstract: The typical molten pool of high energy beam welding is in nailhead shape with large aspect ratio. In order to simulate it more precisely, a new heat source model, Rotary-Gauss body heat source model, is established. Numerical simulation and experiment are performed to verify it. The results indicate that using the new model can obtain a better result in temperature field computation compared with other heat source models. In addition, the comparison and analysis are helpful to understand the characteristics of different heat source models deeply, so that it will be easier to choose the right heat source model to simulate the high energy beam welding with high efficiency.
