高性能耐火耐候建筑用钢自动埋弧焊焊评试验中的裂纹分析
Analysis of crack produced in automatic SAW welding test of high-perfect fire-resistant and weathering resistant construction steel

摘要: 利用光学显微镜、电子探针和透射电镜对武钢研制成功的高性能耐火耐候建筑用钢WGJ510C2在工业性自动埋弧焊(SAW)焊接工艺评定试验中所产生的裂纹进行了讨论和分析。结果表明,焊缝金属的裂纹为结晶裂纹,它们起始于外焊区,而存在于预焊区的裂纹为扩展裂纹;裂纹侧的枝晶组织比无裂纹侧要粗大,裂纹侧有较多的网状先共析铁素体,而无裂纹侧仅有少量的网状先共析铁素体;裂缝断口形貌为沿晶断口,在外焊区及外焊与预焊交界的部位均存在二次沿晶裂纹,外焊区为粗大的柱状晶区,其表面有强烈的高温氧化特征,在外焊和预焊的等轴晶区,没有发生明显的氧化。WGJ510C2钢在自动埋弧焊焊评试验中所产生的裂纹均在焊缝金属中,与母材没有明显的相关性。Abstract: Andlysis on the crack produced in automatic submerged arc welding test of the high-toughness refractory and weather-resistance construction steel WGJ510C2 newly developed in Wuhan Steel was taken by means of optical microscope,electron probe,and transmission electron microscope.It shows that crack in weld started in outside welding zone and expanded to the continuous tack welding zone is crystallization-crack.The dendritic structure existing crack is coarsen revered to the normal side.More network proeutectoid ferrite is in the crack side,but little in the normal side.The fracture surface is intercrystalline failure,both of the outside welding zone and the joint part of outside welding and continuous tack welding existed the second intercrystalline crack.Coarse columnar structure zone in outside welding has obvious high temperature oxidation in the face,and equiaxed grain zone in the continuous tack welding has little oxidation.The cracks produced in the automatic SAW welding test are existed in the weld,and has nothing obviously with WGJ510C2 steel.
