SHS joining of TiAl intermetallics to TiB2 cermet

  • 摘要: 自蔓延高温合成(SHS)技术是一项近年来迅速兴起并广泛应用于多种领域的新技术,文中采用SHS技术对TiB2金属陶瓷与TiAl进行了连接试验并对SHS连接接头的界面结构进行了分析。试验表明,采用SHS方法连接TiB2金属陶瓷与TiAl时界面结构复杂,在TiAl侧界面处出现了TiAl3反应层,在中间层中出现了Ti-Al系产物的环状结构;在TiB2金属陶瓷侧界面处发现了贫Cu层的存在。
    Abstract: Self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) is a new technology that is widely applied in many fields.SHS joining of TiAl inter metallic to TiB2 cermet was studied.It shows that the micro structure of TiAl/TiB2 cermet joint was very complex.The TiAl3 reaction layer in TiAl/interlayer interface and the loop structure of Ti-Al system in interlayer was observed.The poor-Cu layer appeared in TiB2/interlayer interface.
