Shear strength and microstructure in Fe3Al/Q235 diffusion bonded joint

  • 摘要: 采用真空扩散焊技术对Fe3Al金属间化合物与Q235低碳钢进行了焊接。用拉压试验机测定了不同焊接工艺参数下Fe3Al/Q235扩散焊接头的抗剪强度,用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了Fe3Al/Q235扩散焊接头的组织性能,提出了合适的扩散焊接工艺参数。试验结果表明,加热温度1040~1060℃、保温时间45~60 min,并保持焊接件不变形的情况下(压力p=12~15 MPa),可以获得组织性能良好的Fe3Al/Q235扩散焊接头。

     

    Abstract: Fe3Al inter metallic compound and Q235 low carbon steel were bonded by vacuum diffusion welding technology.The effect of welding parameters on shear strength in the Fe3Al/Q235 diffusion bonded joint was investigated.Microstructure in the Fe3Al/Q235 diffusion bonded joint was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM).Appropriate welding parameters were put forward.The Fe3Al/Q235 diffusion bonded joint with excellent microstructure performance and without deformation can be achieved under the condition of heating temperature about 1040-1060℃ for 45~60 min at a pressure of 12~15 MPa.
