串联谐振式高频感应焊接逆变电源

  • 摘要: 传统的高频感应加热电源通过改变逆变器的工作频率来调节输出功率,逆变器的输出功率因数很低,而且逆变器开关管工作在硬开关状态,开关损耗大,效率低。按照大功率发电机。变压器铜排绕组焊接工艺和不同规格铜排的焊接要求,这种设备不适合这类应用。作者研究了新型频率跟踪电路,控制逆变器工作在谐振状态,负载等效阻抗呈电阻性,逆变器的输出功率因数接近1,大大减小了开关器件的功率损耗,提高了整机的效率。功率调节采用直流斩波调压实现。设计并制作了20 kHz/30 kw串联谐振式高频感应焊接逆变电源,改变了传统的焊接工艺,具有体积小、效率高、加热速度快等优点。

     

    Abstract: According to the brazing techniques of large generators and high power transformers,a high efficiency of induction heating welding power supply is needed.But the traditional induction power systems are working in frequency modulation,which output is associated with frequency and cannot be used in the brazing situation successfully.In this paper,an ultra-audio induction heating welding power supply which based on a novel frequency scout technology is provided.This 20 kHz/30 kW power system always works as ZCS and has good characteristics such as high power factor,high efficiency,low EMI,small size.
