球形封头自动堆焊数学模型的建立

Mathematical model for automatic cladding of spherical shell cover

  • 摘要: 为实现大型封头自动堆焊,提出了对变位器、操作机进行技术改造,组合使用并进行柔性控制的方案。建立了球形封头自动堆焊的数学模型,讨论了堆焊过程焊枪与工件的相对位置和运动关系,给出了过渡段堆焊空间曲线形成的控制原理。并进行了计算机仿真和堆焊试验,试验结果表明,封头自动堆焊方案可行,数学模型正确。

     

    Abstract: In order to perform automatic cladding of large scale shell cover,the positioner and the manipulator are combined based on flexible control techniques.The mathematical model of spherical shell cover for automdlic cladding is established,the relative position and movement between welding torch and workpiece during cladding is discussed.The principle on controlling transition section curves is also given.Computer simulation and experiment results indicate that the automatic cladding method of spherical shell cover is feasible,mathematical model is correct.
