20Mn2钢晶粒超细化及性能

Super-fine grain refining and mechanical properties of 20Mn2 Steel

  • 摘要: 借鉴超塑预处理细化晶粒的思路,在20Mn2钢中加入与其液态(1650℃)密度相同、且不溶于钢的ZrC粒子,使其成为钢在热轧时的形变核心和奥氏体及形变诱导铁素体的再结晶核心。并综合引入形变强化、相变强化、第二相弥散强化效应及细晶强化效应,使两种状态试验钢晶粒尺寸均细化到1~2μm。与20Mn2钢相比,淬火态试验钢σ0.2和σb分别提高187.0%和131.8%。同时,延伸率也有所提高;油淬态试验钢的σ0.2和σb分别提高为39.9%和34.2%,与20Mn2钢的塑性指标相比,油淬及低温回火态延伸率分别提高了90%和111%。

     

    Abstract: Take the example of the technical route of refining grains by superplastic pre-treatment,the ZrC particle,which density is the same as liquid steel at 1 650℃ in and does not dissolve in steel,were mixed into 20Mn2 steel.It acted as deformation nuclei and the recrystallization nuclei of austenite and deformation induced ferrite during hot-rolling.Meanwhile,the effects of deformation strengthening,phase transformation strengthening,second phase strengthening and grain boundary strengthening were introduced.The results showed that grain size of the tested steels with two different heat treatments was refined to 1~2 μm.Compared with standard 20Mn2 steel,the σ0.2 and σb of water-quenched steel were increased by 187.0% and 131.8% respectively,and the elongation was increased as well.Both σ0.2 and σb of oil-quenched steel were increased by 39.9% and 34.2%.The plasticity of oil-quenched and low-temperature tempered specimens increased by 90% and 111% comparing with 20Mn2 steel.
