部分熔透十字焊接接头疲劳性能试验

Experimental research on fatigue crack growth for cross shaped welded joint with partial penetration

  • 摘要: 针对部分熔透十字焊接接头,进行了不同未熔透尺寸接头的疲劳扩展速率和疲劳扩展门槛值的试验研究。试验结果表明,对于较厚板的十字焊接接头,采用部分熔透的焊接接头形式,可得到较高的疲劳强度,可以取代全部熔透的焊接接头,具有较高的经济价值。部分熔透十字焊接接头疲劳裂纹扩展的门槛值ΔKth与未熔透尺寸2a'/T有关,对试验板厚的焊接接头,其未熔透尺寸的临界值2a'/T=0.5。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the fatigue crack growth experiment of the cross-shaped welded joints with partial penetration was carried out.The results show that there is the higher fatigue strength in the cross-shaped welded joints with partial penetration.The strength of joint is affected obviously by the size of partial penetration of welded joint when the size (2a'/T) is more 0.5.The critical value of the size (2a'/T) of partial penetration is 0.5.
