振动时效效果评定的几种方法比较
Comparison of several methods for evaluating effectiveness of vibration stress relief process

摘要: 对JB/T 5926-91标准中规定的几种振动时效(VSR)效果评估方法进行比较分析,通过对它们评定原理的研究分析得出它们的应用特点和范围,然后介绍了几种目前尚处于研究完善阶段的评定方法,并根据其原理和特点分析了它们的应用前景,以期对工业生产起一定的指导作用。另外,结合实际工程应用着重介绍了动应力判据,并将其与盲孔残余应力测量法相比较。结果表明,它们具有相仿的评定精度和可靠性。但动应力判据从动态的观点回避了现场残余应力测量困难这一问题,并将效果评定和振动过程结合起来同时进行,因而容易实现整个过程的自动控制。因此,作为一种全新的评定技术,动应力判据具有良好的发展前景和应用价值。Abstract: With an aim practical application of the vibration stress relief (VSR) technology,the evaluation methods of the VSR effectiveness stipulated in the JB/T5926-91 were compared and analyzed through the study of their evaluation principles and their application characters and scopes were given.Some up-to-date evaluation approaches under research were intvroduced,according to their principles,characters and application.In connection with atual engineering application,dynamic stress criterion(DSC) was emphatically introduced,which was compared with the Mathar method,a typical approach of the residual stress analysis.The result indicated that they had a similar accuracy and reliability.But the DSC has evaded the traditional problem,which the residual stress was measared in the site,and can evaluate the effectiveness while vibrating,which makes it easier to realize the automation of VSR process.
